Admissions & State Requirements

- SSN (State and reporting requirement)
- HS Diploma or Equivalency (Required no later than class 3)
- Foreign Docs must have an “Evaluation” that is equivalent to a HS Diploma or higher. (NOT a translation)
- Transcripts must have a graduation date visible (even college transcripts).
- NO Wonderlic Allowed (TXRDA requires mailed in proof of HS Diploma, HS Equivalency, or GED)
- Immunizations or Declination
- Must sign an Enrollment Packet
- Enrollment Packet Includes State Required: Enrollment Agreement, CSC-005, CSC-010, Declination, Tour Form
State Exam Requirements: 1 Exam (RDA).
Minimum Age: Yes—only with a HS diploma, can a person apply at 17 (with parent permission, signed on the Enrollment Agreement). This is part of the requirement to take the RDA Exam with THSCSA.
Radiography: RDA - Exam.
